Gardenia Orchidea and Versace: haute couture tiles at the Salone del Mobile 2013

Hermitage Versace Home - 9829The 52nd edition of the Salone del Mobile in Milan was a big success for the Gardenia Orchidea Group and underscores the increasingly close ties between the Spezzano-based company and the fashion house Versace.

The show saw the presentation of 12 iconic pieces from Versace Home, including the new Donatella Chair designed by Nikolai and Simon Haas and dedicated to Donatella Versace, and the Hermitage Versace Home ceramic tile collection produced by Gardenia Orchidea, which offers an innovative interpretation of the decorative elements symbolising the fashion house.

The Medusa-head logo set within in a floral texture and the neoclassical Greca motif are produced using the most advanced manufacturing technology and lend distinction to this latest collection with its soft, rounded forms.

The collection stands out for its pleasantly dynamic surface textures created using high-quality raw materials, along with low-relief motifs polished using innovative techniques based on the finest ceramic tradition.

Subtle decorations and surface sheen further accentuate the natural elegance of tiles in the Hermitage Versace Home collection.

With their sinuous surfaces, graceful filigrees, classic yet contemporary juxtapositions, appealing atmospheres and surprising plays of light, they are a pleasure to behold.

The floor and wall tiles in the collection are designed for use anywhere in the home, including the living room and bedrooms, and are ideal for creating a seamless and visually striking surface.

The Hermitage Versace Home collection from Gardenia Orchidea comes in a 78.9×78.9 cm size, seven colours (Bianco, Grigio, Antracite, Nero, Beige, Moka and Fango) and two different textures (Greca and Flower).
