Ceramics of Italy goes to Batimat Russia

From 31 March to 3 April 2015, Ceramics of Italy is taking part for the first time in Batimat Russia, the acclaimed international exhibition in the field of construction and interiors. Organised in close cooperation with Batimat Paris, the world’s leading construction and interior design show, the Moscow event will showcase a wide range of materials and technologies for the world of architecture and construction, including flooring, interior design, bathroom furnishing and design accessories. Held in the innovative Crocus-International Exhibition Center in Moscow, Batimat Moscow will showcase a full range of international ceramic products in a highly organised and systematic way. It is expected to attract 53,000 visitors including architects, designers, construction firms and distributors from the Russian provinces.

The two halls devoted to ceramics, Halls 7 and 8, will host the world’s leading ceramic tile producers divided up into specific areas according to their countries of origin. Although Italian companies will be located in both halls, they will mostly be concentrated in the Ceramics of Italy pavilion in Hall 7, where 31 companies and brands will be promoted by means of printed materials and dedicated signage. The participating companies are: Atlas Concorde, Casabella Ceramiche, Casalgrande Padana, Century, Ceramica Colli di Sassuolo, Ceramica Del Conca, Ceramica Faetano, Ceramica Panaria, Ceramiche Brennero, Ceramiche Caesar, Ceramiche Ricchetti, Cerdisa, Cisa Ceramiche, Fap Ceramiche, Gardenia Orchidea, Gruppo Fincibec, Keope Ceramiche, Lea Ceramiche, Marca Corona 1741, Mirage, Monocibec, Naxos, Novabell, Pastorelli, Progress Profiles, Roberto Cavalli Home Luxury Tiles, Settecento – Mosaici e Ceramiche D’arte, Tagina Ceramiche D’Arte, Vallelunga & Co, Versace Ceramics and 41zero42.

A Ceramics of Italy service point (stand 7-230) will serve as a reception area for all Italian companies taking part in the show and as an info point for the public. A lively and efficient hospitality service will also be available, serving Italian specialities from morning to evening, including breakfast, coffee and a standing buffet lunch. The info point will distribute the main publications on the Italian ceramic industry in Russian: Cer Magazine International and Ceramica Amica.

One of the scheduled activities is the Cersaie Business project organised in Russia in partnership with the magazine Elite, in which Ceramics of Italy has invited delegations of construction engineers and interior designers to the show for two days to visit the Italian companies and find out about the latest new products. On 1 April at 4.00 p.m. the Ceramics of Italy stand will host the presentation ceremony for the Confindustria Ceramica Russian Distributor Award, which will be presented to X Tile of Moscow in recognition of the collaboration and support it has given to the Italian ceramic industry over the years.
